The staff was genuinely friendly. They were so helpful and left me with no questions regarding the service. The room was great and it exceeded my expectations. They have a lovely outdoor seating area with a roof. It is perfect for just chilling out.
My room was situated beside the shared toilet and shower on the landing. The doors creak and slam. It was impossible to sleep from 7:00 AM when all the occupants begin to pass by.
